Many of the features you'd expect from a high-priced CRM, but it's all for FREE. Their customer service can't be beat! Everyone is so nice, helpful, and quick to respond. That feature not available yet? They have a spot for requests and in the short (<1 year) time we've used Givebutter, I've already seen some requested features come to life. One simple but important feature Givebutter already has is the option to get notified by email when someone donates. This enables us to send a timely thank you from our inbox without having to login to the CRM, download a report, etc. Saves time and brings in more money for our cause

I compared many different giving platforms and was drawn to Givebutter because it is free to the user and transparent to the giver. I like that it is optional to provide the tip or transfer fees, and that none of the costs are hidden. The dashboard is sleek and easy to use, and it had all the sharing features I needed to be able to run multiple campaigns and keep track of giving, thank-you notes, and other data. I have recommended it to others who have also used it and appreciated the ease.

The fact that there are dynamic options for campaigns is really helpful. I love that we can run a simple online fundraising campaign or an auction + fundraiser + in-person event. The platform has everything we need. Our emailing and fundraising platform and events platform were all previously separate. It is super helpful to have one platform that integrates all of those. It was so hard to have to constantly switch over our email lists and contact info of new donors before, but now it's all in one place.

We needed a fun and efficient way to create a campaign that engaged our donors in ways that encouraged peer-to-peer fundraising. Givebutter solved this problem for our nonprofit by creating pages where donors can set up crowdfunding campaigns. This way, their friends and families can give through their page, and they can collect points toward a larger competition. We created fun prizes for the peer fundraiser that raised the highest dollar amount as well as managed the highest number of individual gifts. We raised significantly more than past campaigns where crowdfunding wasn't an option, and we will continue to use Givebutter for future campaigns.
