- What are your favorite things about Charlotte? My favorite thing about Charlotte is how active the city is. There is always a run club or yoga class, or bootcamp going on that you can attend. The fitness community is huge and I'm glad I've been able to watch it grow over the years.
- What motivates you to give back? Giving back is always somethign that fulfills my heart 10 times more than who I am helping. It's important to help our community and be a support system for those in need
