Our team talks about this a lot. How do we make sure we are accountable to our community, not big foundations? How do we practice abundance mindsets, not scarcity?
Every dollar raised in this campaign will go directly to helping us serve as a stronger resource for our community. We need your support to not just keep our services accessible, but to do even better.
One way we plan to do this is with a goal especially near and dear to me, launching Open Shop programming specifically for women, nonbinary and trans people. I want more people to know what it means to work in a shop where they feel not just comfortable, but wanted.

This community is amazing-- $1,125 OVER our original goal! If you're reading this and haven't donated yet, it's not too late!
Additional funds will go directly to paying staff for our free programming for women/nonbinary/trans people and people of color. Our budget is balanced, but there's no limit to what else we can do. ❤️
