I'm hiking for Sickle Forward because there is an urgent need for better care for people with sickle cell disease. Sickle cell ravages people's bodies, which is compounded by past and present mistreatment of people suffering with this disease. Compared to other conditions, sickle cell disease gets far too little research and social support -- and it's high time for change. Together we can help!
