Learn, Explore, Aspire, Pursue (LEAP) is a valuable organization that supports underserved students from Salem public schools. Students have opportunities to improve academics, social skills and receive emotional support as they navigate middle and high school.

I volunteered for the LEAP teen center as well as assisting with programs at Collins Middle School. To watch teens mature and acclimate was a wonderful experience. They enter shy then in no time they have self-confidence and increased academic performance.

We are fundraising this fall to fund the following activities: STEM education, curriculum development for a library, Teen Center transportation, social/emotional development and a field trip to a local business partner.

Our fundraiser runs through October 31.
