Dance Project of Washington Heights is a beacon of recreation, safety and community. In the short time I have been involved I met and spoken to many parents who depend on DPWH for their child's extracurricular, as a place and space for children to work out their feelings through the art of dance and socialization. It also serves as a network for parents to connect with other parents, sharing ideas and best practices. Parents and caregivers in the waiting area seem relaxed and enjoy a much need break from parenting. DPWH is a pillar of the neighborhood and as important as an other youth initiative. Please consider supporting DPWH. Our children and the community need this organization to thrive and exist for generations to come.

Dance Project de Washington Heights es un faro de recreación, seguridad y comunidad. En el poco tiempo que he estado involucrado, conocí y hablé con muchos padres que dependen de DPWH para las actividades extracurriculares de sus hijos, como un lugar y espacio para que los niños expresen sus sentimientos a través del arte de la danza y la socialización. También sirve como una red para que los padres se conecten con otros padres y compartan ideas y mejores prácticas. Los padres y cuidadores en la sala de espera parecen relajados y disfrutan de un muy necesario descanso de la crianza de los hijos. DPWH es un pilar del vecindario y tan importante como cualquier otra iniciativa juvenil. Por favor considere apoyar a DPWH. Nuestros niños y la comunidad necesitan que esta organización prospere y exista para las generaciones venideras.
