Team Brindle Brigade learned about TLRD after their youngest hoomans wanted to donate to a local rescue with their scout troop. Brindle Brigade mom saw the awesome work TLRD does and all the dogs that had been saved...including "Dermid, the Gentle Giant."
Dermid (right in photo) had been on the TLRD website a while, billed as a big 'ol goofy pittie mix. For months, Brindle Brigade mom kept looking at his photo, and after a little convincing for Brindle Brigade dad, they filled out an adoption application.
Dermid joined our family in November 2018. He's had a "ruff" road with 3 major foot surgeries (including removing a toe and a big nasty cyst), but that hasn't stopped him from being the sweetest, best dog and perfect family member...thanks to TLRD.
Team Brindle Brigade loves TLRD so much. Their amazing team fights for the underdogs daily, giving them the best care and training until they join their forever families.
