I am PJ Rosch, Founder, CEO & Top Dog of The Little Red Dog. Bella was the first dog I ever rescued. I tried three times to find her a home, and she kept coming back. The last time she was lost, and it took a few days to find her and bring her back to us. It was then I realized that the Universe was telling me something. She belonged here with me, and we had nine years together. At the beginning of the pandemic, I was so happy because I finally got to work from home with my dogs. I was so busy, but it was nice to have Bella in my office with me all day (despite a lot of barking at inopportune times). I realized there was something wrong with Bella. It took months, but they finally diagnosed her with T cell lymphoma. We started treatment right away, but two weeks later, Bella crossed the rainbow bridge. I am fundraising in her memory. I miss her every single day. I love her so much. She represents the face of the 6,000 dogs we have rescued. She was the first and she will always be in my heart.
