Hi! I am Georgina Marquez-Miles and I have been rowing at City Island Rowing(CIR) for 5 months. Ever since I started rowing, it has been what I look forward to every week. I am so fortunate to have a supportive team and great equipment, from our boats, to our ergs, to our dock and so much more. However, rowing equipment is very expensive, which is why each year my team holds an Ergathon. The Ergathon, on March 2nd, is a fundraiser we hold to fund all the equipment we use. Doing our part, each athlete will do a long erg piece to show their dedication to the team. I want to make a big commitment to my teammates and CIR and I need your help.
