He is the Co-Founder and President of GOSUMEC Foundation USA, a zero-staff nonprofit that has built a multi-million-dollar endowment to support medical students in perpetuity while operating with radical transparency.
He leads the GIVE Study, a prospective research initiative examining how gratitude, identity, and community drive sustainable recurring giving in modern nonprofits—particularly those operating with zero or limited paid staff.
