Brad Munn's Story

I will be playing 100 holes of golf on Monday, July 18th at Edelweiss Chalet Country Club to celebrate the Wisconsin PGA turning 100 years old! I am asking for your support for both PGA REACH, which is a PGA driven program with the goal of growing our game in 3 main areas: Youth, Military, and Inclusion. My goal is to reach $4,000 and it would be a 50/50 split for REACH and First Tee – South Central Wisconsin.  I started working at Monona Golf Course in 1990, this is where I got my start and have been working in the golf business ever since. I lived in Palm Desert, CA for 10 years and finished my PGA education there. I became a PGA Member in 2006 before moving my family back to Wisconsin in 2007.

I have been employed with First Tee - South Central Wisconsin for more than 11 years, where we focus on youth development and teaching life skills, using golf as our tool.  We offer programming through School and Community Centers, Learning Center programming, and our Green Grass programming where we specialize in golf instruction and teaching our nine core values. In 2021, First Tee - South Central Wisconsin served more than 12,000 youth, statewide, and partnered with more than 30 community organizations, schools, school districts, and community partners.  We are working to #BuildGameChangers in our community, one swing at a time.
