Friends,
The Wisconsin PGA hits a significant milestone this year. We turn 100 years young.
To commemorate the historic event I will be playing 100 holes in a fundraising effort for our PGA Reach Foundation.
I have been fortunate to be a member of the WPGA for 20 years and have participated and been involved with the organization since my junior golf days. Currently, I am the Vice President of the Association and am very excited to be able to take part in this effort. A brief overview of the programs and the people PGA Reach effects is below.
The picture on my page is of me and my God parents, Gene and Sue Frank. That day, Gene became a 50 year member of the PGA of America. He greatly influenced my life and career and I am so proud to be a part of such a great organization.
My goal is to raise $1922 to signify the birth year of the Section.
I will be playing 100 holes throughout the summer and updating my progress along the way.
I encourage all of you to try to get out for at least 100 holes this summer.
Mark Voeller, PGA
