Kacie Salas' Story
Over the past almost three years I have been working as a board certified nurse coach and debriefing facilitator with Debriefing The Front Lines. This work has changed the course of my nursing career and the work itself has been sacred and so healing for me on my own nursing journey. Nurses now more than ever need help navigating cumulative care taking trauma. This is a time where nurses of all specialties are navigating a unique occupational trauma and are in need of psychological first aide and help sustaining emotional wellness. For every $50 donated a nurse in need can receive a scholarship session. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting this sacred healing work.
