Debriefing the Front Lines was created by nurses for nurses. To have a space to process and share and talk about the hard and beautiful things about being a nurse.
I have experienced a multitude of emotions around my career, at times wondering if I was the right person for this type of work.
Now as a debriefing facilitator, I show up in the way I wish someone would have for me back in 2015 when I first experienced deep moral distress which sent me into a spiral of confusion.
Serving nurses in this way has been one of the most meaningful things I have done to be able to give back to fellow nurses.
