I walk for my best friend Silvio. Silvio is seven years old. He is wicked smart, he loves collecting coins, eating bacon, and pointing out every car brand we pass on our drives. His favorite is a Cadillac. Silvio spent such formative years at Summit. We really saw him grow in so many ways and become the smart little boy we know him to be now. Silvio has yet to be able to verbally communicate and Summit helped him acquire his AAC device, which he now uses to communicate every single day.¿
We are so thankful to all the teachers and staff for their love, work and passion. We are grateful to everyone who touched Silvio on his journey at Summit and beyond.¿
We hope donations can help other children get the services and equipment they need, make lasting connections, and flourish in such a wonderful environment.¿
