This is my fifth year to participate in the Knit-a-Thon! This year I am dedicating my participation to my dear husband of almost 40 years, Curtis, who lost his valiant 2.5 year battle with leukemia on 12/28/24. Curtis was always my biggest supporter and cheerleader, winding my yarn, keeping me fed, constantly encouraging me, telling me everything I knit was a masterpiece, doing the heavy lifting for our donation projects, and patiently tolerating my yarn stash which gradually took over our house! Curtis was a very generous person, always looking for ways to help, and I honor his memory by continuing to participate in this wonderful campaign!
