Promotional Period

• Submission Window Opens: 3:00pm Oct 1, 2026 ET
• Submission Window Closes: 11:59pm Oct 2, 2026 PT (2:59am Oct 3, 2026 ET), unless Givebutter closes or extends it as described below
• Reward Deposit Date: On or around  October 8, 2026, subject to processing times

The period starting when the Submission Window Opens and ending on the Reward Deposit Date is referred to as the "Promotional Period."

Eligibility

1. Submission from an individual listed as an admin or finance role ("Representative") on the accountof a verified Givebutter customer ("Organization") during the Promotional Period,
2. Have Givebutter Wallet enabled as the Organization's primary payout method during the Promotional Period,
3. The Organization is located in and operated from the United States, and
4. Representative submits through https://www.videoask.com/fctwo8dpu during the Submission Window and the submission meets the Submission Requirements below.

Reward & Issuance

• Up to one (1) $100.00 USD reward per Organization, subject to the Promotion Budget below.
• The $100 reward cannot be donated back to the Organization in violation of any applicable laws.
• The $100 reward will be deposited directly into the Organization's Givebutter Wallet.
• Givebutter reserves the right to withhold or reverse a reward from any Organization's account in its sole discretion, including where the account has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity, or the Organization does not maintain Givebutter Wallet as its primary payout method through the Reward Deposit Date.

Submission Requirements

Each submission must be made by a Representative through https://www.videoask.com/fctwo8dpu and will be approved if it:

• Utilizes the self-guided templates available at https://givebutter.com/the-spread,
• Clearly presents a genuine, understandable problem faced by the Organization or the community it serves,
• Proposes a solution that supports a relevant nonprofit function (for example: fundraising, donor engagement, volunteer management, service delivery, or operations), and
• Contains sufficient, meaningful information for Givebutter to evaluate both the problem and the proposed solution. Vague, incomplete, duplicate, or placeholder submissions will not be approved.

A submission should not contain donor information, personal information about the people the Organization services, or confidential information, unless the Organization has the right to provide such information for the uses described below.

Promotion Budget and Limitations

• Total reward funds available under this promotion are capped at $50,000 (the “Promotion Budget”), supporting a maximum of five hundred (500) individual $100 rewards.
• Qualifying Submissions will be considered for a reward in the order received, until the Promotion Budget is fully allocated. Givebutter’s submission records will determine the order of receipt for this Promotion. If a submission does not qualify or the Organization has already received a reward, Givebutter will consider the next submission in that order. Submission does not guarantee approval or a reward.
• Once the Promotion Budget has been fully allocated, Givebutter may close the promotion to new submissions, stop approving pending submissions, or both, even if the Submission Window has not yet ended.
• Submissions that are not funded because the Promotion Budget has been exhausted are not entitled to a reward, even if they otherwise meet the Submission Requirements above.

Use of Submissions

By submitting an entry, the Representative on behalf of the Organization:

1. accepts and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and,
2. grants Givebutter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, excerpt, and display the the submission (including the described problem and proposed solution) for internal purposes and for Givebutter's marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes (for example, case studies, social content, or event programming), with attribution to the Organization unless otherwise agreed.

Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation

Givebutter may extend the Submission Window, change approval review or deposit dates, or modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion or these Terms & Conditions if operational, technical, legal, fraud prevention, or other circumstances make a change reasonably necessary.
