2026 Spend Card Activation Offer Terms & Conditions

Promotional Period

Start Date: Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET
End Date: Thursday, December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET

Only qualifying Spend Card transactions settled within the Promotional Period are eligible for the bonus. Authorizations that have not yet settled by 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2026 do not qualify, even if the transaction was initiated before the end of the Promotional Period.

How to Qualify

To earn the $10 Wallet credit, an eligible account must:

1. Have an active Givebutter account with Givebutter Wallet enabled
2. Activate a Spend Card (virtual or physical) under an Admin or Finance user role
3. Complete a settled Spend Card transaction of $10.00 USD or more, drawn from funds available in the account's Wallet balance

Only the first qualifying transaction on the account's activated Spend Card counts toward the bonus. Subsequent transactions and additional cards added to the account do not qualify.

Eligibility

• The account must be in good standing under Givebutter's Terms of Service at the time the qualifying transaction settles and at the time the $10 Wallet credit is issued.
• The account must be located in and operated from the United States.
• Wallet users who participated in the Spend Cards beta program and processed a settled Spend Card transaction of $10.00 USD or more between January 12, 2026 and July 8, 2026 are eligible for a retroactive bonus, subject to the same eligibility and limitation rules outlined in these Terms. Eligible beta users will be notified of the promotion and that acceptance of the retroactive credit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Reward & Issuance

• One (1) $10.00 USD Wallet credit per eligible Givebutter account
• The Wallet credit will be deposited into the account's Wallet balance within 7 business days of the qualifying transaction's settlement
• The Wallet credit may be used wherever Visa is accepted

Limitations

• One bonus per Givebutter account. Multiple Spend Cards, multiple accounts, or attempts to circumvent the offer — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, splitting transactions, or manufacturing qualifying transactions — will disqualify the account from receiving the bonus.
• Authorized-but-not-settled transactions, refunded transactions, and transactions reversed for any reason do not qualify.
• The bonus is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other Givebutter promotional offers unless expressly permitted in writing by Givebutter.
• Givebutter reserves the right to withhold the bonus from any account in Givebutter's sole discretion, including in cases where the account-in-question has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.

General Conditions

• By completing a qualifying transaction during the Promotional Period, eligible Wallet users accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions, Givebutter's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable Wallet and Spend Card terms (including the Enriched Merchant Details Services Terms).
• Givebutter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Modification, suspension or cancellation will not affect bonuses already earned by accounts that completed a qualifying transaction prior to the modification or cancellation.
• Givebutter is not responsible for technical issues, processing delays, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may prevent qualifying transactions from being properly recorded or the bonus from being timely issued.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with Givebutter's Terms of Service.

Tax & Reporting

The $10 Wallet credit may be considered taxable income or otherwise reportable depending on the recipient organization's tax status and applicable law. Participants are responsible for determining and meeting their own tax obligations, and Givebutter makes no representation or warranty regarding the tax treatment of the bonus. Participants should consult their tax advisor with any questions.
