Melissa DeClue is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Amplify Missions, where she coaches and empowers new and existing passionate non-profit founders to amplify their mission by creating transformative donor experiences through community-centric strategies. Over the course of her career, Melissa's donor engagement strategies have not only resonated authentically but have also resulted in gifts surpassing six-figures. A dancer at heart, Melissa infuses her creative mindset into her work, cultivating spaces that authentically connect with individuals, fostering trust, and nurturing a shared purpose among a community of advocates. With a versatile 12-year career spanning from database administration to frontline fundraising, Melissa brings a comprehensive approach to every facet of fundraising. Melissa is a proud alumna of Columbia College (SC) (Go Koalas!), holding both a Bachelors and Masters degree with a focus in Psychology and Higher Education Administration.
