About

Leading Healthy Futures

Health centers, health departments, and other health and human services nonprofits do so much to improve the health and quality of life of vulnerable populations. But all too often, they are doing so without sufficient staff support, revenue, and time to truly fulfill their missions.

That’s where Leading Healthy Futures comes in. They are here to help boost your capacity and elevate the work you do so you can have a bigger impact on community health.

Leading Healthy Futures provides several services to health centers, state and local health departments, community hospitals, and other health and human services nonprofits to help them achieve greater strategic clarity and grant support.
